At Swipko, we’re proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above £15.
We do our best to make sure your shoe care essentials reach you quickly and safely — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it’s placed.
Your order is considered dispatched once it’s handed to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to you.
During busy periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days — but we’ll always keep you informed along the way.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and local carrier services. Below are the average delivery windows after dispatch:
🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–9 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 8–14 business days
🌍 Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note that during high-demand seasons or holidays, carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. For international shipments, customs processing may also extend delivery times slightly.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Please double-check your address before completing your order.
If you notice an error, email us within 24 hours at hello@swipko.com so we can make changes before your order ships.
If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will reach out within 3 business days for confirmation.
If we don’t hear back, we may cancel and refund your order to avoid shipping errors.
Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may cause delays or order cancellations, and Swipko cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
Delayed Delivery
We understand that getting your order on time matters — and we work hard to make that happen.
However, sometimes unexpected events like bad weather, courier delays, or customs checks may cause short delays.
If there’s ever a delay, we’ll do everything possible to assist and update you along the way.
Please note that Swipko cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we know how frustrating that can be.
Once a package has been handed to the courier, it’s outside of our control — but we’ll help where we can.
Please contact us at hello@swipko.com and we’ll work with the courier to investigate.
We also recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier directly, as they may require additional details from you.
Swipko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as these fall outside our refund policy.
However, if the carrier confirms the package cannot be found, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
If your order cannot be located, filing a police report may also help support your claim with the courier.
