Cancellation Policy
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing, and we won’t be able to make changes.
If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to ensure your items arrive safely.
An item is considered damaged only if the product itself is defective or physically broken — minor shipping box dents or creases do not qualify.
If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@swipko.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. If approved, we’ll replace the item at no additional cost.
Please note: we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ship and deliver orders quickly. However, Swipko cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or delayed deliveries once they are in transit.
